Our Community Supports Professional rate ranges from $12.40/hr to $14.80/hr depending on experience and licensing.  With additional incentives such as 401K, basic life insurance and employee referral bonuses, Able2 provides you with stability as well as a better purpose.

As a Community Supports Professional, your main duties and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Provide assistance, supervision and training for assigned individuals in accordance with the goals and support plans established for them in the program providing service. 
  • Drive and/or assist people to activities and other services in a safe manner.  
  • Attends planning meetings, mandatory trainings, and staff meetings as scheduled.
  • Maintain awareness of changes in established care plans and/or changes in individual needs/conditions, and much more.

Qualifications are as follows:

  • Prefer at least one year experience working with children or adults with developmental disabilities.
  • An interest and desire to provide services to individuals with developmental disabilities in a variety of program and community settings.
  • Physical ability to be on feet all day and perform the lifting and supporting of individuals as required. 
  • Must have ability to be flexible with schedule.  Ability to work varying days with varying pass days, and ability to be available for at least 2 different shift time frames (i.e. days and evenings)
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and driving record acceptable to agency insurance carrier for driving positions; must maintain driver eligibility.
